I’m Zaman — a full-stack engineer who has spent close to a decade shipping web products, from bespoke Laravel builds to realtime platforms on Node and NestJS, with frontends in Vue, React, and Next.js.

Somewhere along the way I noticed the pattern behind every painful project I’d seen: the code was never the bottleneck. Ambiguity was.Undefined scope, unwritten conventions, architecture that lived in one person’s head. So I started fixing that first — and when AI coding tools arrived, that habit turned out to be a superpower. Tools like Claude and Cursor are extraordinary exactly when the context is extraordinary.

Now it’s a method: write the PRD, write the rules, write the architecture — then let disciplined AI sessions compress the build. The result is delivery that’s faster and better documented than conventional teams manage, which sounds like a contradiction until you watch it work.
